I feel your pain (literally). I have 5 kids and never had a biter until our youngest came along. He went through a bad biting stage between 1-2 years. Luckily he rarely bites now at 2.5. Discipline is so hard at that age! My friends & family told me to "bite him back" but I couldn't do it. His 4 y/o brother actually did bite him back once and it just made him more angry and he walked over and smacked him (and then bit another victim later that day).
